Do I need an invitation to use PROTECT?

Yes. PROTECT is only available through participating Advisors. If you’ve received a letter or email invite, you’re ready to download the app or log in on the web.

What happens if I lose my insurance documents or COIs?

With PROTECT, your ID cards, policy documents, and Certificates of Insurance are always stored in one place. You and your advisor can access them anytime.

Will my advisor see what I see?
